Meet Tigee Hill: Founder and Lead Consultant & Coach
I have always been a student of the human journey. While some unwind with thrillers, my nightstand is a revolving door of autobiographies. I don’t just read these stories; I study their architecture. I’m drawn to how leaders navigate the middle chapters: the moments when priorities collide, resilience is tested, and the next move isn’t always clear.
This lens is the heartbeat of Outshines Consulting. Our work is grounded in a simple truth: leadership isn’t about competing with others; it’s about outshining who we were yesterday. We partner with leaders committed to becoming their best selves and building organizations that reflect clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Proven Expertise, Human-Centered Strategy
With nearly two decades of experience, my approach is informed by a unique intersection of business acumen and human behavior. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health from Saint Xavier University, providing me with a dual perspective on organizational health and operational excellence.
To ensure our strategies result in lasting transformation, I leverage my background as a Prosci-certified Change Management professional and an iPEC-certified Coach. My commitment to high-level leadership has been recognized through my selection as an Aspen Ideas Festival Scholar and as an alum of The Partnership, Inc. Next Generation Executive program.

Outside of consulting and coaching, I’m a passionate foodie and part of a deeply close-knit family. These roots reinforce my understanding that every policy we draft and every strategy we implement eventually sits down at someone’s dinner table.
